I commented in Courtney and Thascha's shots. I liked the close shot of the squirrel she filmed. The mood it portrayed was personal. I liked the tilt shot of the lamp. I was seeing pretty much the whole thing but from a new perspective. The mood was kind of a purposeful disorientation.I liked the extreme long shot of her study area. The mood was cozy and warm especially because of the lighting. For Courtney I enjoyed the over the shoulder shot of her cat. I felt from the over the shoulder shot  a sort of playfulness. I also enjoyed the low angle shot. It had a little bit of action and moved with the subject. It made the viewer feel small. Lastly, I liked the cutaway shot too. It felt like things were moving quickly. It invoked a sense of urgency.

  Contrast- I chose to show the contrast between my calm dog and when hes possessive of food. My dog is usually very sweet and loving except for when he thinks you're going to take his food. Then he will bite you. Complete 180. Parallelism- I chose to show my dogs eye, then my eye. I hoped to connect us and show our likeness and relationship using something we have n common. He sees me and I see him. Symbolism- I showed by cheer poms and what they result in. We use poms to help create great energy at games. Poms symbolize cheer. Simultaneity- While my dog sits in his chair I do homework. Those always happen at the same time because hes only up there when I'm doing homework. Leit Motiff- I got my inspiration from Jaws. Every time I showed my dog i wanted there to be a warning sound. It makes people think they should be afraid.

Mise- en- scene

  Staging- In this shot Beck is focused on. The camera switches back and forth between beck and Jade, emphasizing the tension between them. It is now becoming more apparent that the song Jade is singing is about Jade. It is also important to note the fact that no one else is around Beck and even the background dancers behind Jade are somewhat blurred. You will also notice that in other shots during the scene, the rest of the main characters are grouped together. This symbolizes that they are not apart of this main storyline. Lighting- In this scene, I tried to capture the lighting. You may notice the green led lights. It's currently night in this scene, and the led lights help create a fun "party" atmosphere. Through out this scene the lights change from different colors. You will notice as the scene goes on, and may even notice in the picture below that the main light will start to focus on Jade it self. Preparing to film

Chelsey and I decided we would play the three characters in our film. We would just change our costumes. We've already gone over props to make sure we already have or can readily get the props needed for our film which include: handcuffs, teddy bear, ipad, and mustache. We're going to film in an empty classroom. We will film for a few hours on two Fridays. We've already written a script and will film with an Ipad and phone.
